In honor of national #adoptionmonth. Most of you recognize this pic if me. This is my referral pic. I was 4 1/2 yrs old. I flew to the United States to be adopted. I became Kimberly Sue Hansen. However, I became a victim of child abuse. I was whipped, kicked, held by my ankles and whipped against the wall on a daily basis. I was locked in my bedroom for hours with no toys. Back then, I didn't know it but God was with me, comforting me, healing my wounds, and making sure I wasn't hardening my heart. He gave me strength and the will to live. Don't feel sorry for me.
